The successful and proven SANTEC SDR Digital recorder series stand out thanks to their versatility and even richer features. The configuration of up to 16 cameras is easily done in "Plug and Play" style as they are automatically recognised by the SDR system. The scope of the SANTEC SDR series has been extended by the addition of one-channel audio recording and one LAN client software licence. In addition, the recorders are now have built-in software to control dome systems with SANTEC, Baxall, Sensormatic, Ernitec, Panasonic, Elbex, Sony, VISCA and VCL protocols.

The current 4, 8 or 16 channel SANTEC SDR is available with an 80 GB HDD in the base version. The 8 and 16 channel recorders also have a built-in CD-R/RW writer in the base version. The HDD of the SDR-4 can be extended up to a maximum of 250 GB, and the SDR-8/16 series can be extended up to a maximum of 750 GB. The built-in CD-R/RW writer can be replaced with a DVD-R recorder. The configuration you desire can be made on order. A subsequent upgrade or retrofit will be undertaken by the manufacturer directly, and a flat-rate fee of 200,- EUR Net will be charged in addition to the price of the individual modules.
