SANTEC 1-channel IP video server SVS-3001 can encode and transmit video signals from analogue cameras into an IP signal with MJPEG or H.264 compression. The SVS-3001 has a USB-slot for local storage on a HDD or USB stick. The server has a RS-485 interface to control PTZ cameras via the network according to the Pelco D protocol .
SANTEC SVS-3001 can easily be identified and configured using the SANTEC IP-Finder. The IP address can be assigned with this tool and the web interface is directly accessible.
